BlueCrest Capital Management operates a global Technology Infrastructure team that delivers and modernizes hybrid technology platforms for a demanding trading organization, spanning on-premise infrastructure, multiple data centres, Azure, and AWS.

Задачи

• Deliver and operate DevOps environments end to end
• Support live systems critical to hedge fund operations
• Modernize global infrastructure across on-premise and multi-cloud environments
• Automate and standardize platforms to improve consistency, scalability, and reliability
• Suggest and implement solutions that enhance technology performance
• Balance rapid delivery with business risk, constraints, and service-level requirements
• Meet broad and specific project and BAU objectives independently and collaboratively
• Continuously improve team capability by learning from others and sharing knowledge

Требования

• Very strong Azure and AWS skills
• Very strong automation skills
• Experience with pull requests and peer reviews
• Experience with Ansible, Terragrunt, and Terraform
• Python experience
• Very good understanding of containerisation technologies
• Very good understanding of AI-related infrastructure and DevOps processes
• Extensive experience working independently and as part of a diverse team
• Excellent organisational skills, open communication, and a collaborative approach
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, test automation, Linux/Windows administration, automation and networking, CI/CD and build tooling, observability and telemetry, public cloud platform engineering, data streaming and caching technologies, Java and/or C#, chaos engineering and resilience testing.
