Senior DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes / Argo CD

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer to help build and improve container-based applications.

This role would suit someone with strong experience across Kubernetes, Argo CD, GitHub Actions and CI/CD, who is comfortable taking applications through the full delivery lifecycle from development into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support application platforms running on Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain GitOps deployment workflows using Argo CD.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Support application delivery from development through testing and into production.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities and deployment approaches to platform engineers and software developers.
• Work hands‑on to troubleshoot delivery, deployment and platform configuration issues.
• Help establish repeatable and reliable deployment processes across engineering teams.

Essential Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong commercial experience with Argo CD / GitOps.
• Experience building GitHub Actions workflows and pipelines.
• Good understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience delivering container‑based applications into production environments.
• Comfortable working directly with developers and platform engineering teams.
• Proactive, delivery‑focused approach with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and environments.

Desirable

• Broader experience across CI/CD tooling and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within modern Platform Engineering environments.
• Knowledge of automated deployment, release and environment configuration practices.
