- Experience with DevOps tooling, containers and containerization
- Communicate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Facilitate information and knowledge transfer as a business SME for DevOps
- Stakeholder management to ensure service effectiveness and proper prioritization
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation/maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes and Helm
- Experience in Python
- Experience with multiple databases, architecture and integration
- Experience with monitoring tools for reliability and performance
- Strong Kubernetes and Helm understanding
- Experience with AWS Cloud
- CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins
- Database schema change management (Liquibase)
- Scripting in Python
- GitOps understanding
- Core principles: automation, proactive monitoring, continuous improvement, best practices
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- Business acumen for translating requirements into tech solutions
- Stakeholder negotiation and influence
