Responsibilities
  • Work with DevOps tooling, containers and containerisation to improve delivery
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions through effective communication with stakeholders
  • Act as a business SME to align DevOps efforts with business needs and efficiency goals
  • Negotiate and influence with stakeholders to ensure service effectiveness and prioritization
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes and Helm
  • Experience in Python
  • Experience with multiple ecosystem databases, architecture and integration
  • Experience with monitoring tools to ensure reliability and performance
  • Kubernetes & Helm: container orchestration and package management
  • Experience with AWS Cloud
  • CI/CD: setting up and maintaining pipelines (Jenkins)
  • Database Management: schema change management (Liquibase)
  • Scripting: automation in Python
  • GitOps: understanding GitOps principles
  • Core Principles: automation, proactive monitoring, continuous improvement, defining best practices
