Overview
In this DevOps role you will design and build automation to deploy systems across private and public clouds. You will help migrate infrastructure to cloud-based, IaC-driven platforms and support containerized microservices in Kubernetes. You’ll mentor peers as automation takes hold and operate a suite of SaaS solutions spanning traditional and modern architectures. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to scale secure, reliable environments in a fast-growing fintech context. This opportunity combines hands-on implementation with shaping the cloud transition and tooling strategy.

- Automation experience (ideally Puppet)
- Containerisation experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Java app servers (WebLogic)
- Database setup, restore and mirroring (Oracle, MSSQL, Elastic Search)
- Load balancers and SSL/ASM expertise (F5)
- CI/CD and repo tooling (Puppet, Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Pulp)
- Enterprise monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Icinga, OEM)
- Redhat/CentOS Linux and Windows Server familiarity
- Backup solutions (Commvault)
- Security fundamentals for network traffic and third-party software
- Scripting languages (Perl, Bash, Ruby, Python)
- Collaborative team player
