In this DevOps role, you will support a high-performance trading environment by building robust, automated tooling and dashboards. You collaborate with a smart, tech-driven team to scale infrastructure and improve data workflows. You own issues from detection to resolution and contribute to automation that speeds up trading lifecycle processes. You will work in a fast-paced, open culture that values thoughtful decision-making and deep technical execution. This opportunity offers exposure to trading infrastructure, data flows from Bloomberg, and significant growth potential.

- Own and resolve technical issues end-to-end or route them to escalation when needed
- Build and enhance an operational dashboard covering critical and non-critical datasets
- Develop and maintain scripted toolsets to automate data analytics, configuration/deployment, and data consolidation
- Enhance trading infrastructure to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with trading and tech teams in a fast, open environment
- Degree in mathematics, science, computing or related field preferred; extensive professional development experience if non-mathematics/science/CS
- Proficiency in Python (object-oriented scripting)
- Strong Linux skills
- Familiarity with SQL or relational databases
- Excellent communication and ability to build trust with trading and tech teams
