As a DevOps Engineer, you drive transformation through cutting-edge automation and robust delivery pipelines. You work across development, QA, and infrastructure to enable fast, reliable software delivery and site reliability engineering-minded solutions. You’ll share best practices across Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and related tools, while tackling complex problems beyond front-line support. This role suits a proactive technologist who thrives in high-pressure situations and shaping scalable, secure DevOps processes. Your impact spans automation, security, and continuous improvement across the SDLC.
Responsibilities- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Develop and deliver SRE-minded solutions to improve service stability and reliability
- Share best practices for build and deployment across Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and related tools
- Tackle challenging problems to drive triage capability and build resilient solutions
- Automate and productize every aspect of the development, build, and deployment process (Agentic Workflows)
- Manage a backlog focused on continuous improvement
- Support agentic engineering solutions to improve SDLC efficiency
- Masterful development or scripting abilities in PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, Python, or C#
- Strong Git expertise and enterprise software delivery experience
- Experience configuring and administering CI/CD for Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise
- Experience with micro-services or cloud-based architectures for web or mobile apps
- Secure delivery pipelines using IT security practices and tools (e.g., Azure Key Vault, Azure Active Directory, GitHub Advanced Security)
- Experience with agentic engineering is a plus
