Overview

In this role you will lead a small DevOps/DataOps team within DTS to enable scalable, secure delivery across projects and products. You will collaborate with engineering and delivery leaders to embed modern DevOps practices and bridge operations with project teams. You will guide infrastructure, automation, deployment and support to meet reliability and security standards. The position supports the LFY Programme and broader engineering maturation with hands-on and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of DevOps and DataOps engineers across projects and products
  • Collaborate with Head of Engineering, Platforms, Networks, Security, Architecture and Delivery Leads to apply standards
  • Bridge operations and project delivery ensuring scalable, secure, reliable infrastructure and deployment
  • Coordinate technical direction and delivery while the Engineering function evolves
  • Support delivery of the LFY Programme and related initiatives
Key requirements
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms (hybrid environments)
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible)
