Overview

In this role you will drive CI/CD-enabled operations for enterprise desktop virtualization, focusing on Citrix VDI and automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline engineering flows, implement AI-assisted workflows, and enhance system health and resilience at scale. You’ll shape automation and DevOps practices to reduce manual toil and improve incident response. Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize CVAD/DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, and associated hypervisor/cloud environments
  • Administer Citrix/VDI/Cloud PC provisioning, migrations and user support
  • Support OpenShift/VMware workloads for scalability and resilience
  • Monitor end-user experience and automate remediation; manage image updates and VDA provisioning
  • Implement AI-driven automation for routine tasks, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis
  • Develop self-healing automations via PowerShell/Python and Copilot integrations
  • Create and maintain scripts/tools (PowerShell, Python) and leverage DevOps tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Git)
  • Align operations with ITSM (incident, problem, change) and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fulfill and operate infrastructure components supporting desktop virtualization services (HSBC group)
  • Provide ongoing DevOps toolchain support and customer-facing service delivery
Key requirements
  • 5–7 years in Desktop Virtualization with Citrix XenApp, NetScaler, Azure W365, VMware administration
  • Knowledge of VMware/OpenShift hypervisor components, vCenter, Windows Server 2016/2019, TCP/IP networking, VPN gateway
  • Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Jenkins, Ansible
  • Experience in AI, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, MECM, MS Office, Java, Browsers, IAM tooling
  • Experience with Agile delivery methods; strong communication and independent work capability
  • Experience in large multinational environments and cross-functional teams; English proficiency
  • Good judgement and clear communication
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues concisely
  • Independent work under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
