Overview
In this role you will lead the DevOps team to streamline integration and deployment across development, operations, and testing. You will shape the DevOps architecture and select tools to meet client requirements, embedding security and monitoring throughout the lifecycle. You’ll drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, and production support, ensuring smooth releases with minimal disruption. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, secure, and on-time delivery in a digital transformation context.
Responsibilities- Lead DevOps team collaboration across operations, development, and testing
- Define DevOps architecture and toolchain per project requirements
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines from planning to release
- Automate provisioning and monitoring of infrastructure
- Integrate security across the DevOps lifecycle
- Provide customer support and resolve escalations on DevOps tools
- Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement fixes
- Mentor and develop team members; drive knowledge sharing and best practices
- Experience leading a DevOps team
- Proficiency in CI/CD and automation
- Cloud experience (Google Cloud)
- Strong incident management and fault-tolerance mindset
- Ability to design and implement DevOps architecture
