DevOps Security Engineer Ottawa

Secure AWS and Azure delivery for Vantage DX and MPA as a DevOps and Security Engineer in Ottawa’s hybrid work model. Own CI/CD, infrastructure, and vulnerability remediation.

At Martello Technologies, this hands-on engineering role supports cloud-hosted and on-premises software delivery. You will manage infrastructure as code, production monitoring, incident response, and technical evidence for compliance commitments. The work includes Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, identity management, and automated security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Maintain consistent development and production environments
• Secure AWS and Azure hosting configurations
• Operate monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Manage vulnerability scanning, triage, and remediation

Requirements:

• Five or more years in DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering
• Hands-on CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code experience
• Production AWS hosting and security experience
• Network security knowledge covering segmentation, firewalls, WAF, and TLS
• Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting experience
