- 2+ years of software development experience in C# / Java or similar OO language
- Self-starter who quickly learns new languages and tools
- Ability to estimate work and meet deliverables on time
- Experience with modern system development technologies and agile tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel within the UK for projects
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to create and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines
