DevOps Technical Team Lead CI/CD

Lead CI/CD platform engineering at State Street, combining Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, and hands-on technical leadership across client environments.

As Technical Team Lead, you will own direction and delivery for the Client CI/CD platform. Guide a small development team while collaborating with clients, product owners, security teams, and stakeholders. Build, validate, and deploy CRIMS customizations to dedicated SaaS-hosted environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CI/CD pipeline design, development, and continuous platform improvement
• Define secure automation for building and deploying client customizations
• Develop infrastructure automation using Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible
• Apply LLM tools to review changes, identify risks, and troubleshoot
• Lead estimation, architecture decisions, prioritization, and delivery planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• Five years leading software engineering or DevOps teams
• Five years in DevOps engineering or platform roles
• Experience with CI/CD systems, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
• Five years hands-on Python, Java, and SQL experience
