Overview
In this role, you own the internal developer platform and guide a growing team of software, AI and infrastructure engineers. You will shape the tooling, architecture and technical roadmap while staying hands-on to deliver faster, safer, and more reliable development. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive security, automation and platform maturity at scale. This is a chance to influence engineering standards and build critical infrastructure where security and reliability matter. You’ll join a mission-driven environment focused on developer experience and platform excellence.

- Build and improve CI/CD and deployment infrastructure

- Embed security throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor engineers and grow the platform capability
- Strong background in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering or SRE
- Experience building developer platforms or sophisticated CI/CD environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi
- Python, Go and/or Bash
- Good understanding of modern application and infrastructure security
