We’re looking for aLead DevSecOps Engineer to take ownership of the platform behind a growing team of software, AI and infrastructure engineers.

You’ll have the freedom to shape thetooling, architecture and technical roadmap , while remaining hands-on and building the systems that make development faster, safer and more reliable.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Take ownership of theinternal developer platform
• Shape the DevSecOps roadmap and make key technology decisions
• Build and improveCI/CD and deployment infrastructure
• Create secure, reusable cloud and infrastructure patterns
• DriveInfrastructure as Code, GitOps and automation
• Improve observability, reliability and developer experience
• Embed security throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor engineers and help grow the platform capability

The experience we’re looking for

• Strong background inDevSecOps, Platform Engineering or SRE
• Experience building developer platforms or sophisticatedCI/CD environments
• Hands-on experience withKubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi
• Python, Go and/or Bash
• Good understanding of modern application and infrastructure security
• An engineering mindset centred aroundautomation, simplicity and reliability
