Diamond Services Network Security Engineer

At Check Point, this engineer provides technical support for customer environments and helps protect organizations from cyber and AI-driven threats. The work combines installations, implementations, maintenance, education, documentation, and troubleshooting across Check Point products. Customer communication spans engineer and management levels, with occasional travel to sites in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical technical support for customer environments
• Facilitate installations, implementations, maintenance, and customer education
• Author documentation supporting customer environments
• Manage expectations and resolve technical issues promptly
• Maintain troubleshooting knowledge across Check Point products

Requirements:

• Five to eight years of enterprise networking and Internet Security experience
• Required experience with Check Point products
• Understand RHEL or Linux server networking functions
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN technologies
• Understand OSI Layers 1 through 4
