The Business Analyst will work within a global delivery team, partnering closely with Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Portfolio Management teams, project support teams, and Business Change teams, reporting to the Head of Delivery.

This role supports the successful delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes across the organisation. It offers the opportunity to contribute to key business initiatives that support Arup's strategic goals and commitment to design excellence. The position provides broad exposure to enterprise-wide transformation and the delivery of the firm's five-year strategy.

Is this role right for you?

  • Experienced in working on projects with highly satisfied sponsors and end users, having achieved tangible results and business outcomes, leading to value creation and benefits realisation
  • Capable of articulating the value of business analysis when engaging with stakeholders, and calling upon a range of business analysis techniques when eliciting requirements
  • Experience working with different delivery methodologies, with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in a user‑centred design environment
  • Proven track record in software product development, data or automation projects in a cloud‑oriented, secure, global landscape
  • Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
