As a Digital Data Analyst at AECOM, you will transform data into actionable insights for clients, collaborating with digital and engineering teams to tell data-driven stories. You’ll support project deliverables through visualization, ETL, and basic dashboards, while ensuring outputs meet standards. You will engage clients by translating complex data into layman terms and contribute to scalable, value-driven analytics across infrastructure initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to geospatial data and modern analytics tools within a global, mission-driven firm.

- Demonstrate qualifications in data analytics and contribute to client-focused data insights
- Collaborate with Operations and Technical leads to deliver analytics and dashboards on time
- Apply ETL techniques to prepare data for analysis
- Create basic dashboards in Power BI
- Produce outputs using Geospatial Analytics Software (GIS)
- Interpret metrics from large datasets and design relational databases (SQL Server, Dataverse)
- Present data findings to clients in accessible terms
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role
- Degree and/or experience in data analytics, computer science, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of dashboarding platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Ability to tell a data-driven story from the ground up
- Recognition of tangible benefits of applying analytics to client problems
- Ability to learn new software quickly
