Digital Data Lead

In this role you will lead the strategy and governance of Hydrogen Systems Engineering Data Management while driving AI-enabled transformation across the product lifecycle. You’ll implement and optimize engineering data platforms to enable a connected Model-Based Enterprise, working with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and decision-making. Your work will shape data governance, analytics, and AI capabilities that support engineering and manufacturing outcomes. This is a high-impact, frontier role at the Global Technology Centre that blends data, digital tech, and engineering with a sustainability-forward mission.

• Deploy and optimize engineering lifecycle platforms (PLM, MBSE, ALM, CAD) with governance and configuration control
• Drive AI adoption and digital innovation to boost productivity, knowledge management, and decision-making
• Establish and maintain engineering data governance frameworks, standards, and ownership models
• Define and monitor engineering data and AI performance metrics to support evidence-based decisions

• Significant experience in Engineering Data Management, PLM, MBSE, or related technical leadership roles
• Experience implementing engineering lifecycle management strategies and governance frameworks
• Experience leading platform deployment, integration, or continuous improvement programmes
• Experience driving organisational change and adoption of new processes and technologies
• Experience assessing or governing AI, analytics, automation, or digital technologies in engineering or manufacturing environments
