Digital, Data & Technology Transformation Lead

Warrington Borough Council is seeking a Transformation and Improvement Lead to drive the Digital, Data & Technology workstream and deliver service improvements across the organisation.

You will act as the key link between corporate leadership and frontline services, shaping governance, managing risks and dependencies, and turning strategic ambitions into practical, measurable changes for residents.
