Digital Delivery BIM Coordinator

Drive digital delivery for TRP’s major rail infrastructure project through BIM coordination, model review, and information management. Support design and construction workflows for the ECWE.

Trillium Rail Partners is seeking a BIM Coordinator to help implement BIM processes for the Stations, Rail, and Systems package. The role supports the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, working with design consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Key tools include Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Civil 3D, and Synchro, alongside CDE workflows and project standards. Experience with Power BI or scripting can support additional digital delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee information workflows within the Common Data Environment
• Monitor compliance with client and project BIM requirements
• Review 3D models for quality and consistency
• Track conflicts through issue management and BCF workflows
• Deliver BIM navigation and workflow training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related built-environment discipline
• Demonstrated BIM Coordinator experience on major projects
• Knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and ISO 19650
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
• Power BI or programming knowledge is an asset
