Digital Delivery Lead

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery for digital projects within an in-house agency, guiding visualization, real-time and development capabilities. You will establish consistent delivery frameworks and technical standards to scale high-quality digital experiences. You work closely with senior leadership, discipline leads and client teams to drive delivery excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. The position combines strategic direction with hands-off technical leadership to evolve capabilities in line with client needs and emerging tech. This hybrid Glasgow role offers on-site collaboration three days a week.

• Lead end-to-end digital delivery across visualization, real-time and development domains
• Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, standards and ways of working
• Drive delivery excellence, innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with operational and senior leadership, discipline leads, PMs and client leads
• Evolve digital capabilities in line with client needs and emerging technologies
• Provide technical direction and troubleshooting support without being hands-on day-to-day
• Assess and select technologies, platforms and delivery approaches based on outcomes and value

• Experience leading digital delivery in experiential, digital, creative or development environments
• Experience guiding large, multidisciplinary technical and delivery teams
• Strong understanding of software development, visualization and real-time tech (Unity, Unreal Engine) with ability to set standards
• Experience evaluating technologies and delivery approaches based on client outcomes
• Experience adopting AI-assisted delivery methods, automation and emerging tech
• Ability to lead teams in modern development practices (rapid prototyping, AI-assisted coding, Azure DevOps)
• Strategic mindset balancing innovation, technical excellence and delivery practicality
• Knowledge of technical architecture, security, API integration and cloud platforms; familiarity with Nvidia Omniverse advantageous
