Digital Engineering Lead

In this role you steer the Digital Engineering agenda for the Environmental Engineering Group, shaping strategy, mentoring BIM teams and driving innovation across tools and information management. You will enable high‑quality, coordinated MEPF delivery at scale while collaborating with senior leaders and clients globally. This is a hands‑on leadership position with impact on standards, workflows, and digital delivery across complex projects. You will be a catalyst for transformation, leveraging automation, AI, and emerging tools to advance the studio’s digital maturity.

• Define and drive the Digital Engineering strategy for the Environmental Engineering Group
• Lead, mentor and grow BIM/digital delivery teams
• Champion innovation across tools, workflows and information management
• Oversee coordinated, high‑quality MEPF models, data and documentation
• Drive digital quality assurance and production planning
• Upskill teams and embed best practices
• Develop and govern BEPs, MIDPs, TIDPs and management of common data environments
• Collaborate with senior leaders, clients and cross‑disciplinary digital teams

• Chartered Engineer status
• strong technical and problem‑solving capability
• proven experience leading MEP BIM teams on large projects using Revit
• in‑depth knowledge of BIM and information management standards including ISO 19650
• experience developing BEPs, MIDPs, TIDPs and managing common data environments
