Digital Health IT Cutover Lead

Chrome Technologies in Montreal is seeking a Digital Health-IT Cutover Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will lead complex cutover activities for EHR implementations and coordinate with CHR, vendors, and Santé Québec to ensure a smooth go-live and immediate post-go-live period.
