Key Responsibilities:

• Assess enterprise IT operating models and organizational structures
• Develop digital and IT transformation strategies
• Analyze governance, roles, processes, and technology functions
• Design target-state operating models and organizational structures
• Present findings and support implementation planning

Requirements:

• Three to five years of experience
• Experience assessing complex technology organizations
• Structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Financial services benchmarking or best-practice assessment experience
• US or Canadian citizenship
