Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Payload Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, verification, and operational sustainment of next-generation satellite communication and Earth observation systems. This individual will lead digital payload development efforts and serve as a key technical interface between customers, engineering teams, and program stakeholders. Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field. 8+ years of satellite systems engineering experience. Experience with digital payload design and integration for LEO and/or MEO satellite missions. Strong knowledge of digital communications, SDR, DSP, and satellite networking systems MPLS, 2G, 5G NTN. Experience with systems engineering, requirements management, verification, and integration activities. Hands-on troubleshooting and system-level testing experience. Experience working directly with customers and technical stakeholders. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. need reliability and eligibility for secret clearance Experience with phased array antennas or next-generation satellite communications. Technical leadership or mentoring experience. French language skills.
