Digital Quality Systems & Performance Lead

Wates Group is seeking a Quality Systems and Performance Lead to join the Group Supply Chain team. The role focuses on developing and embedding digital quality systems, supplier performance frameworks and quality assurance processes across the Group.

You will lead cross-functional projects, drive Dalux enhancements, and deliver governance and reporting to improve quality outcomes and operational excellence.
