Overview
In this Digital Reporting Analyst role, you will work hands-on within IRIS’s analytics team to support multiple clients, with a focus on our leading eCommerce client. You translate performance data into actionable opportunities, delivering insights that drive website and platform improvements, product launches, and regional growth. You’ll build automated insight reports and use analytics tools to contextualise performance and customer experience. This is a chance to shape data-driven marketing and cross-functional collaboration across Europe.
Responsibilities- Conduct ecommerce analysis for the flagship client to inform website and platform innovations
- Develop and deliver insight reports with automation to visualise performance trends
- Utilise tools such as Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, and NPS Analysis to deepen performance context
- Carry out website tagging and debugging audits to improve reporting accuracy
- Provide ongoing insight reporting across the year to identify ecommerce optimisations
- Own performance reporting for an owned retail platform with periodic insights on engagement trends
- Support analytics for Social & Influencer Campaign Reporting and related projects (e.g., Media Mix Modelling, Regression Analysis, Forecast Modelling)
- Strong analytical skills across diverse data types (eCommerce, customer, CRM, transactional, social)
- Proficient data processing and automation with Microsoft Excel to build automated solutions
- Ability to clean and process mixed datasets to extract trends and tell clear customer stories
- Willingness to learn and broaden data specialisms (dashboard reporting, digital attribution, website debugging, regression modelling)
- Good presentation skills to communicate data stories to stakeholders
