Digital Solution Architect

As Digital Solution Architect, you will shape the MarTech integration landscape for Diageo’s Marketing Operations. You will define and govern architectures that connect platforms, data, and workflows to deliver cohesive customer experiences at scale. You’ll partner with Marketing, Digital, Data, IT, Security and vendors to define the long-term MarTech roadmap. This is a change-led role focused on data flows, interoperability, and ecosystem governance that enables growth and operational efficiency. • Drive solution architecture reviews for existing and new solutions and lead governance forums for the marketing domain.
• Define architecture frameworks, patterns and standards across MarTech platforms.
• Design and deliver end-to-end integrations across domains including content, data, media and analytics.
• Enable connected data flows across owned platforms, digital shelf and AI-driven discovery environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with enterprise architecture and product teams.
• Ensure data consistency, interoperability and continuous improvement of integration capabilities.

• Experience in system integration, solution architecture or MarTech technology environments.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data flows, interoperability and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience enabling connected data, identity and platform integration across ecosystems.
