Overview
In this role you will lead hands-on process mining, transformation, and reimagination efforts to deliver measurable improvements. You will analyze current workflows, design future-state processes, and map opportunities into actionable roadmaps. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and performance drivers. You will craft executive-ready insights and tangible artifacts that support data-driven decision making. This role offers a chance to shape process strategy across operations, technology, and business teams in a results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Perform process discovery and mining to analyze workflows and performance
- Develop as-is and to-be process maps, opportunity assessments, and improvement recommendations
- Identify inefficiencies, rework, and automation opportunities
- Support process reimagination workshops and future-state design
- Build transformation roadmaps with quick wins and long-term initiatives
- Define and track operational KPIs such as cycle time, quality, and cost
- Produce executive-ready insights and detailed delivery of artifacts
- 6–9 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence
- Strong skills in process mapping, data analysis, and problem solving
- Experience working across operations, technology, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with automation and analytics concepts is preferred
