Digital Support Platform Engineer

Shape enterprise digital support architecture remotely from Canada using workflow automation, technical governance, and scalable platform design.

As a Digital Support Engineer, you will direct Element Fleet Management’s enterprise digital support platform. You will establish workflow standards, guide architecture decisions, and translate operational needs into scalable solutions. This individual contributor role influences multiple business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own platform strategy, governance, roadmap, and technical direction
• Establish workflow standards, automation frameworks, and quality controls
• Review solution designs and resolve complex architecture decisions
• Lead cross-functional requirements, workflow design, and implementation initiatives
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
• Enterprise workflow automation or digital support platform experience
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives
• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, troubleshooting, and communication skills
