Overview
In this role you lead digital modernisation for the Wiltshire Pension Fund, delivering smarter, more efficient, member-focused services. You work at the heart of the Fund to design and deploy digital solutions that improve service delivery and data quality. You’ll shape automation, emerging tech including AI, and oversee enhancements to online services and channels. You collaborate with operations, ICT, suppliers and stakeholders to reduce manual work and strengthen compliance, while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Identify and design digital improvements across business systems, online services and self-service platforms
- Lead delivery of digital solutions to reduce manual processes and improve reporting
- Develop business cases and project plans; oversee system enhancements
- Support cyber security and information governance requirements
- Provide specialist guidance to colleagues and embed secure, scalable digital practices
- Collaborate with operational teams, ICT, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Drive automation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI
- Use performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
