Overview
In this role you will lead value-driven delivery of complex digital projects within an adaptive Agile environment, coordinating a cross-functional team and collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders. You help shape product adoption by translating user needs into actionable delivery plans and ensuring quality across iterations. You will manage onsite and remote teams, balance multiple projects, and dive into detail to make things happen. This position offers impact through delivering high-value digital products and driving efficient, user-centered delivery.
Responsibilities- Deliver projects and products using Agile variants (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Own planning and backlog creation; prioritize work to maximize sprint value
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across platforms
- Navigate multiple projects and stakeholder contexts daily
- Ensure adherence to SME-defined standards and quality across deliverables
- Analyze backlog items to clarify requirements for each delivery cycle
- Champion user needs and facilitate product adoption
- Engage with users and stakeholders to promote uptake and good UX
- Ensure product meets company standards and delivers value and usability
- 10+ years experience in delivery management
- Strong communication skills (written, visual, verbal)
- Ability to thrive in high-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PMI and Prince II
- Azure technologies and DevOps experience
- Matrix management of multidisciplinary teams onsite and remote
- Experience turning user insight into product improvements
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1) or equivalent
- Formal Project Management training
