Digital Systems Support Specialist

Jobtrain in Kings Lynn is seeking a Business Systems Support Officer to administer, support and develop digital systems across Planning, Environmental Health and Regulatory Services.

You will provide first and second-line support, manage user accounts and permissions, and assist with testing, upgrades and guidance. The role also covers data quality, reporting, BI, GIS and automation projects, helping improve service delivery.
