Overview

In this role you will lead a company-wide digital transformation and shape a long-term technology strategy. You will head a technology leadership team, partner with vendors, and deploy modern digital solutions to improve efficiency, security and competitive positioning. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on governance across cloud, SaaS and data-driven initiatives. Your leadership will drive cross-functional adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in for impactful tech outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the digital transformation program to modern, data-driven, secure IT ecosystem
  • Drive adoption of SaaS and cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and mentor the internal technology team and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations and service delivery
  • Direct selection and implementation of key digital solutions with a SaaS-first approach
  • Ensure cybersecurity and governance standards across digital initiatives
  • Scout and integrate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and future-proof the business
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximise ROI on technology initiatives
  • Foster a culture of digital innovation and provide insights on trends and competitive benchmarks
  • Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate digital strategy effectively
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles in large or complex organisations
  • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term digital strategies
  • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, SaaS, cloud, and data-driven ecosystems
  • Experience managing legacy and modern tech environments and driving change
  • Familiarity with maritime industry technologies (preferred)
  • Experience leading technology transformation programs and change management
  • Strong people leadership and talent development能力
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with project governance, risk management and budget control
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory compliance
