Digital Transformation & Data Strategy Partner

Kingston Hospital is seeking a Digital, Data and Technology Business Partner (Band 8a) to lead large-scale digital and clinical transformation initiatives in south London. This role requires senior governance experience and the ability to influence executive leaders across hospital and community settings.

The postholder will manage the Transformation Manager, drive benefits realisation, ensure digital standards, and build team capability to sustain long-term change within the organisation.
