What You Will Be Doing

Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives:

• Drive transformation programs that support the evolution of Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.

Support the development and execution of the Global Trade Services digital transformation roadmap.

Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.

Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Connect Business and Technology:

Work closely with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Operations Teams, and IT partners.

Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.

Support the successful delivery and adoption of transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to build support for transformation initiatives.

Communicate transformation vision, progress, risks, and achievements.

Facilitate alignment across functions and geographic regions.
