Digital Workplace Business Analyst

Flight Centre Travel Group seeks a Business Analyst for its Digital Workplace Team. You will analyze business problems, translate stakeholder needs, and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA resources, and business stakeholders. The work supports Onboarding and Customer Success teams across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business context through stakeholder engagement and operational evidence
• Document processes, impacts, risks, dependencies, and feasibility considerations
• Define requirements, outcomes, acceptance criteria, and success measures
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defects, retesting, and sign-off

Requirements:

• Previous Business Analyst experience in digital workplace environments
• Structured analysis experience through implementation and UAT
• Strong Given/When/Then acceptance criteria writing experience
• Experience with Notion or similar documentation platforms
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
