Digital Workplace Consultant

In this role, you will guide digital workplace transformations by leveraging collaboration, automation, mobility and analytics to modernise workplace ecosystems. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to minimise disruption and deliver successful outcomes, while aligning with a cloud‑native, OpEx model focused on security. You will lead a small consultancy team and develop workplace capabilities as a subject‑matter expert, contributing to culture and change initiatives. This position sits at the intersection of technology, people, and business value, offering meaningful impact across industries.

• Provide technical guidance on Digital Workplace solutions
• Lead and mentor a small team of Consultants
• Deliver workplace transformations leveraging collaboration tools, automation, mobility and analytics
• Develop Digital Workplace capabilities as an SME in digital identity and security, remote deployments, workforce and culture, and change management
• Manage onshore/offshore teams, third parties and client resources
• Create client-facing assets based on technical expertise
