Digital Workplace Consultant

Overview

As a Digital Workplace Consultant at Accenture, you guide clients through cloud-based collaboration and productivity transformations. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement secure, modern digital workplaces and lead small teams of consultants. Your SME focus spans identity, security, remote deployments, and change management, shaping adoption and outcomes. This role blends technology guidance with people-centric change to deliver scalable, OpEx-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on Digital Workplace solutions
• Lead workplace transformations using collaboration tools, automation, mobility and analytics
• Lead a small team of consultants, mentoring and coaching
• Act as SME in areas such as digital identity and security, remote deployments, workforce and culture, and change management
• Manage aspects of diverse project teams including onshore/offshore personnel, 3rd parties and client resources
• Create client-facing assets grounded in technical expertise
