Oodle Car Finance is seeking a Digital Workplace Manager in Manchester to own and deliver the Digital Workplace roadmap. You will lead a small team responsible for keeping colleagues productive, supported and secure, with a hands-on approach balancing planning and technical delivery.

The role requires strong experience in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and collaboration tooling, plus a track record of improving service quality and customer focus.
