Digital Workplace Manager

As Digital Workplace Manager, you will guide digital workplace transformations for diverse clients, leveraging M365, DEX tooling, and Gen-AI to modernize collaboration and security. You will work with onshore/offshore teams and client resources to shape solutions, craft bring-to-market assets, and support business cases. You’ll engage senior stakeholders and drive governance-driven delivery in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment. This role offers impact across industries, shaping how organizations work in the cloud and beyond.

• Provide technical advisory on digital workplace solutions (M365, DEX, Agentic AI & Gen-AI)
• Deliver workplace transformations using collaboration, automation, mobility, and analytics
• Support development of Digital Workplace capabilities as a SME (identity, security, remote deployments, workforce and culture, change management)
• Manage onshore/offshore teams, third parties, and client resources
• Develop client-facing assets based on technical expertise
• Support RFPs and business case development, including technical solutioning and awareness campaigns
• Develop presentations for senior stakeholders
• Perform project management activities

• Experience delivering Digital Workplace offerings (Agentic AI, Gen-AI, collaboration, workplace modernisation, unified communications, Future Ways of Working, identity and security)
• Strong technical skills in one or more Digital Workplace offerings
• Advisory capability to optimize Digital Workplace technologies for clients
• Familiarity with current digital workplace trends (cloud journeys, productivity tools, employee experience, GenAI)
• Understanding of project governance, plans, and transformation approaches
