Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and the seamless integration of an ERP system. This role seeks a proactive leader who can cultivate a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop the accounting operating model and team capabilities • Lead the transition of accounting responsibilities efficiently • Ensure effective month-end and year-end close processes • Provide guidance on complex accounting matters • Deliver insights and reports to senior management
Requirements: • Extensive experience in transforming accounting functions • Strong finance project leadership skills • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP • Experience in public company environments • Proven ability to nurture talent and influence stakeholders
