Director, AI Forward-Deployed Engineering

GSK is seeking an Enterprise AI Director, Forward Deployed Engineering to lead the FDE function for the CMC research engine. You will set strategy, build the team, and own senior sponsor relationships, while hands‑on developing AI/engineering solutions that bridge virtual process models to real‑world signals.

You will mentor engineers, shape AI standards like agent workflows, and drive production‑grade systems for drug substance and product manufacturing within a regulated pharma context.
