- Write provocative and pragmatic research that is clear and actionable
- Provide timely research content and peer review
- Create and present webinars, onsite engagements, and Gartner conferences
- Track market trends and emerging practices in data integration and related areas
- Provide sales support to retain and grow Gartner business
- Build credibility to represent Gartner research and methodology
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Identify process improvements for the research team and Insights groups
- Collaborate with peers in the research community
- Demonstrated experience in data integration and engineering initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent; Advanced Professional Qualification or 10+ years in data-related field)
- Subject matter expertise in data integration within data management disciplines
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage clients and respond to questions at various levels
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
