Director Application Delivery and Support

Lead enterprise application delivery and support at CAA Club Group, guiding cloud modernization, service management, and technology operations. This director-level position owns digital, mobile, roadside, membership, travel, and enterprise application initiatives. You will establish roadmaps, lead managers and technical teams, and align delivery with business objectives. The mandate spans governance, operations, architecture, integrations, and modernization. Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery across enterprise application initiatives Lead development managers and multidisciplinary technology teams Establish service management, SLAs, KPIs, and escalation procedures Modernize legacy platforms and migrate to cloud-native architectures Manage application operations, integrations, vendors, and technology budgets Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related discipline 12+ years in application development, delivery, and support 5+ years managing managers and technology teams Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability Experience supporting business-critical 24x7 environments Direct enterprise application portfolios, cloud-native modernization, and reliable production support for CAA Club Group.
