Director Application Delivery Support

Lead application delivery and support for CAA Club Group from Thornhill, Ontario, guiding cloud modernization, enterprise platforms, and business-critical operations.

CAA SCO Systems & Services Inc. seeks a Director to oversee digital, mobile, roadside, membership, travel, and enterprise applications. You will lead managers and multidisciplinary teams across development, testing, deployment, support, integrations, and modernization. The mandate includes governance, service management, architecture, vendors, budgets, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives
• Lead production support and application operations
• Establish roadmaps, SLAs, KPIs, and escalation procedures
• Modernize legacy platforms and migrate cloud-native architectures
• Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, and technology investments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline
• 12+ years of progressive application development, delivery, and support experience
• 5+ years managing managers and multidisciplinary technology teams
• Cloud, containers, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automated testing experience
• Experience supporting business-critical 24x7 environments
