Director Application Knowledge Hub

Lead the Application Knowledge Hub strategy at Canadian Tire Corporation, combining platform ownership with AI enablement and operational excellence.

Reporting to the AVP, Planning & Design Practices, this director role advances enterprise application knowledge. You will guide BSA practice enablement, platform governance, and AI-supported workflows. The position connects business analysis, architecture, engineering, product, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Application Knowledge Hub roadmap
• Establish metadata, taxonomy, content, and governance standards
• Improve application knowledge discoverability, quality, and accuracy
• Enable knowledge assets for employees and AI solutions
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient platform operations

Requirements:

• 8+ years in business analysis, platforms, product enablement, or related fields
• 5+ years leading teams and enterprise initiatives
• Enterprise collaboration or knowledge management platform experience
• Strong business analysis methodologies and delivery framework knowledge
• Platform operations, governance, security, and vendor management experience
