Director, Change Risk & AI-Enabled Programs

CIBC is seeking a Director, Change Initiative Risk Assessment (CIRA) to lead its enterprise risk program. You will guide strategy, governance and end-to-end processes, partnering with AI-enabled capabilities and risk stakeholders to strengthen change-risk management across the organization.
