Director - Cloud Solution Architecture - Cloud & AI Platform

In this role you lead a Cloud & AI platform CSA team to drive value realisation for customers, guiding them through AI transformation with Microsoft solutions. You will coach and empower the team to deliver positive customer outcomes and become trusted advisors to customers and partners. You’ll provide thought leadership in AI solution design and align technical work with customer objectives and Microsoft value propositions. This is a leadership role with ownership of a customer portfolio and a portion of business results, focused on scalable, repeatable ways to realise value.

• Lead the CSA team to deliver value realisation for customers
• Provide clarity, energy, and direction to achieve business outcomes
• Coach and support the team to foster positive customer experiences
• Guide teams to drive AI transformation and share customer/partner feedback
• Offer thought leadership in AI solution design and customer engagements
• Coach the team to translate customer objectives into Microsoft AI value and solution plays
• Collaborate with decision makers to ensure go-live success using best practices and repeatable IP
• Foster continuous learning and development within the team
• Drive KPIs and operational efficiencies through strategic insights and situational coaching

• Experience managing a technical architecture team and customer portfolio
• Ability to coach on technical and business conversations to drive value from Microsoft technology
• Strong understanding of AI value proposition and solution plays
• Proven capability to resolve blockers to project go-live and ensure customer success
• Comfort with thought leadership and design of AI solutions
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
